Having a heart attack almost four weeks ago certainly has one reflecting on life, and just how precious it is. So many things to be thankful for, and yet how simply it can be over.

This blog is therapeutic, so I continue to post.

 You can imagine that I do, but that is not going to happen again for quite sometime. Fear of endangering my health keeps both of us going slowly.
